There on a small four burner propane stove with two cast iron skillets, The Cabin Breakfast was born. The freshest meats straight from the butcher, fresh sausage that is hand seasoned, scrapple fries crispy to perfection, and eggs that are always perfectly dippy. Three generations line up at the tiny breakfast table to indulge in mouthwatering master pieces. We're bringing this from the woods to The Bakery just for you. AND we're adding a modern flare to the old age classic scrapple. Make sure to try a side order of scrapple fries. 

Using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, we serve healthy, delicious açaí and blue spirulina to create the best bowls and smoothies. Our bowls and smoothies are stacked with the nourishment you need and the flavors that you crave.

Mapa's specializes in delicious, artisanal Stromboli. Fresh meat and cheese cut daily, wrapped in a beautiful blanket of dough and served with housemade Italian “Gravy” (Red Sauce). The menu includes a variety of Stromboli styles, Stuffed Garlic Bread, Hand-tossed Pizza, and walk-a-ble snacks. Mapa's is also home of "Kiki's Pizza Bar", a grab and go hot bar during concerts, parties, and special events!

The Mac Factory specializes in build your own mac and cheese bowls as well as specialty bowls, grilled cheese sandwiches and rotating homemade soups including the classic tomato of course!

 Handcrafted sodas, energy drinks, & other beverages customized to your liking with various different flavor syrups, creams, & add ins! Build your own drink unique to you or choose from our prefixed drink menu! With a small selection of specialty desserts & chocolate confections 

Have you ever wanted to cut loose and go a little crazy?  Wreck Creation Rage Room is bringing the art of recreational destruction to the Bakery Complex in 2025!  You and your friends can come and smash our inventory of breakable items; such as dishes, bottles, appliances, TVs and even toilets!  It's great for any occasion (birthdays, dates, ladies night, bachelor parties, team building, family fun) ages 7 and up.  Take a break, relieve some stress and have a smashing good time at Wreck Creation Rage Room.

 On The Bun was founded in 2022 offering high quality breads and cookies before expanding to include a variety of giant cinnamon rolls. Our company mission has always been to be "the breader company" focusing on fair wages for our employees, while still offering quality baked goods at an affordable price
